Stella Parks (Bravetart) from the foodie site, Serious Eats, (and a fan of building my Phantom Manor cookie house), came to me to design an original gingerbread house template for her to bake and build for her Halloween and Xmas offerings. It looks great! Be sure to watch the video!
Cyndy and her neighbor, Remi, took the Phantom Manor Cookie House challenge and created this spectacular masterpiece! They started by enlarging my original templates by 30% and added amazing layers of detail. The licorice trees and gorgeous black ironwork piping are wonderful! The purple lights are actually bats, (but didn't photograph well). Thank for sharing, Cyndy and Remi !!! You can find my free templates at Gingerbread Dimensions
I little mood music for the season.
This was my "Horns and Heroes Project" entry this year. "Never eat ice cream in a Doombuggy!" This sculpture, along with many other imaginative rhinos, was auctioned on September 22, at The Abbey in downtown Orlando. Proceeds went to rhino conservation efforts.
